Krav Maga is the hand to hand fighting system of the Israeli military. Its reputation as an easy to learn, efficient and devastating martial art has made it increasingly popular around the world. In this video, I had a chance to visit one of the few places you can learn Krav Maga in Toronto.
We admire Olympians for their dedication and skill. They receive two weeks of fame for four years of training. A lot of these athletes have to have full time jobs to support their dream for the Olympics. Journalist Matt Kang spent a day with John Epping, a prospective Olympian, to learn what it takes to get to the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver.
