An organization that helps youth contribute to charity. This summer the charity was at the blue beach house at Venice beach to promote the site. Now that summer is coming to an end there is no excuse why you can't go to the website and help give back! It is a great way to give back for free.

So in this piece I kept it close to home and personal. My peers are people who are truly talented and come from all backgrounds. I visited my campus of which I graduated from and talked to the people who run the school newspaper, the University Times. Humans have opinions! So why are students in California who believe in something powerful, can't have an opinion. In this piece I will talk to high school seniors who tell me their honest thoughts on their position of prop 8 and their views on student rights.\r\n\r\nRecently a teen was sent to the office and told to remove her no on prop. 8 shirt. Her parents are suing the school for her child's freedom of speech. While superintendents of the California school system ban together to protect students form hate crimes. \r\n\r\nI ask the teenagers about their rights as a student and if an what they think of with this close to home situation with a plan o' tee shirt.

All 6,622 Sex offenders on parole in the state will now be hooked up to and monitored by a GPS system and have now been "fitted with an ankle bracelet that transmits its location to parole agents, who also visit [them] on a routine basis." The program is the result of Jessica's law, which was passed on the ballot in 2006 as Prop 83, and it requires "that every paroled sex offender be monitored by GPS." 6 months ahead of schedule the GPS monitors are in place. Washington state has found that offenders can easily cut these monitor systems off and are considering surgically implanting them into offenders.
