Humans have opinions! So why are students in California who believe in something powerful, can't have an opinion. In this piece I will talk to high school seniors who tell me their honest thoughts on their position of prop 8 and their views on student rights.

Recently a teen was sent to the office and told to remove her no on prop. 8 shirt. Her parents are suing the school for her child's freedom of speech. While superintendents of the California school system ban together to protect students form hate crimes.

I ask the teenagers about their rights as a student and if an what they think of with this close to home situation with a plan o' tee shirt.
